    Rush Blueprint

An expansion of the program formerly known as Rush Impact Mentorship Initiative which invited youth to participate in one hour Q&A sessions with Russell Simmons, Rush Blueprint will continue to serve the youth in our core audience in a more in-depth way, giving them the opportunity to meet and interact with other individuals and company representatives within the arts and entertainment sectors. Targeting urban youth arts  organizations serving young people from 12 to 18 years of age, Rush Blueprint provides an arena within which participants are introduced to and can explore viable career opportunities within creative fields. Rush Blueprint will directly connect youth to key decision makers and important figures who can serve as concrete examples of artistic entrepreneurial success, encouraging forward thinking about career interests, options, goals and aspirations. Rush Blueprint’s ultimate goal is to provide youth with the necessary influences to help them solidify future plans and make their “dream job” a reality.

    Application Process

Rush Blueprint is slated to launch Fall 2009. Please check back for more information or email info@rushphailanthropic.org with any questions.
