Founded in 1996 by Rush Philanthropic Co-Founder and artist, Danny Simmons, Rush Arts Gallery and Resource Center (Chelsea, NY) and Corridor Gallery (Clinton Hill, Brooklyn) are core programs under the Rush Philanthropic umbrella.  Dedicated to providing an educational environment for exhibitions of works by emerging and under-represented artists and artists of color, the Rush Galleries I committed to providing artists with and their audiences with welcoming and hospitable exhibition venues.
